Our Team
Brooke Andrews, MA, CCC-SLP, COM, CLC
I’m a speech therapist with over 13 years of experience, but more importantly, I’m a mom. I know what it’s like to worry about your child meeting milestones because I’ve been there! My daughter started physical and occupational therapy early on and having the tools to help her made all the difference for us. I specialize in early speech and language in the toddler and preschool population and I hold certifications in It Takes Two to Talk, Target Word, and More Than Words.
I started The Speech Dynamic in 2016 after working for ECI for several years to provide the customized and compassionate care I felt was missing from Early Intervention. Seven years later, I’m proud to see my dream a reality.
Thank you for letting us be part of your journey!

Katrina Koch, MS CCC-SLP
Hi, my name is Katrina! I earned my Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Texas at Austin. I then remained at UT to complete my Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology. I have always loved working with kids and was able to find my niche in helping children learn to further develop their speech, language, and feeding skills. My clinical experience in pediatrics includes assessment and treatment of expressive/receptive language disorders, speech production errors, fluency disorders, pragmatic disorders, feeding difficulties, and learning disabilities. I have experience working with children of all ages and diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, and Williams Syndrome. Outside of work, I love to read, spend time with my friends and family, and take long walks down the aisles of Target.
